Recipe: Tahini with Microgreens
Ingredients:
Microgreens (3 cups)
Parsley (1 cup)
Garlic (2-3 cloves, finely chopped)
Lemon juice (juice of 1-1/2 a lemon)
Tahini (1 cup)
Chilli pepper (1/4 teaspoon or use fresh 1 chili depending of your preference)
Water 120 ml
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth texture
Pulse until smooth and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper as you like.
