Recipe: Tahini with Microgreens

Ingredients:

  • Microgreens (3 cups)

  • Parsley (1 cup)

  • Garlic (2-3 cloves, finely chopped)

  • Lemon juice (juice of 1-1/2 a lemon)

  • Tahini (1 cup)

  • Chilli pepper (1/4 teaspoon or use fresh 1 chili depending of your preference)

  • Water 120 ml

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth texture

  2. Pulse until smooth and creamy.

  3. Season with salt and pepper as you like.
