Green Goddess Avocado Toast

This Green Goddess Avocado Toast combines creamy avocado, crisp microgreens, and nutrient-rich hemp seeds on toasted sourdough for the perfect balance of flavour and healthy fats. Finished with a drizzle of tahini sauce, it’s an easy breakfast or midday snack that looks beautiful and tastes even better.

Ingredients

  • 1–2 slices sprouted bread or sourdough

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2 tablespoons microgreens

  • 2 teaspoons hemp seeds

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional - drizzle of tahini sauce (available on our produce offer)

Steps

  1. Toast the bread. Slice the avocado in half, scoop out the flesh, and mash on the slice of toast. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Top with microgreens, hemp seeds and a drizzle of cashew cream or tahini sauce.
