Recipe: Protein Energy Balls
Ingredients:
Dates (2 cups)
Pumkin seeds (2 cups)
Walnuts seeds (2 cup)
Shredded unsweetened coconut (2/3 cup, finely grated)
Coconut milk 120ml
Microgreens powder (2 teaspoons)
Coco powder (2 teaspoons)
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Add all to a food processor or blender.
Pulse until smooth and creamy.
