Recipe: Protein Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • Dates (2 cups)

  • Pumkin seeds (2 cups)

  • Walnuts seeds (2 cup)

  • Shredded unsweetened coconut (2/3 cup, finely grated)

  • Coconut milk 120ml

  • Microgreens powder (2 teaspoons)

  • Coco powder (2 teaspoons)

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add all to a food processor or blender.

  2. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
